Visitor Centre / Café
Located in the Visitor Centre are the Dragonfly Café with services provided by Churchill Catering and also the Park Office. Outside the building you will find toilets with disabled access and a large area for parking cycles.
Toilets are currently open between 10am and 5pm.
The Dragonfly café is currently open for takeaway service only, daily from 10am to 4pm weekdays and 9am to 4pm weekends. They may close early in severe weather conditions.
They are running a full takeaway service offering a range of freshly cooked and prepared hot and cold food to include bacon and sausage sandwiches, soup, panini's, toasties, jacket potatoes and a wide selection of cold sandwiches. (Vegetarian, G/F, vegan options available please ask on arrival or call 01234 331278). Also on offer are children's lunch boxes, hot sausage rolls and Cornish pasties, hot and cold drinks, ice creams, cakes and their much loved freshly made scones.
Wheelchairs (x2) are available on loan for use in the Park. Please contact a Park Warden to arrange by telephoning 01234 720016.
Fishing permits are available for this park and for Priory Country Park in Bedford. Contact Janet Munro, Park Warden on 07585 908 821 or via the Park Office. Please note that day permits are not available.
In the event of an emergency, there is a telephone outside the door to the Park Office.
The Park is open to visitors 365 days a year. This also applies to the main car park but not to the overspill car park which closes at 5:00pm each day.

The Park is owned and managed by Bedford Borough Council. The Friends of Harrold-Odell Country Park work in partnership with Council staff and run this web site.
