Guided health walks take place fortnightly on Thursdays. They start at 10:30am, meeting at the woodland entrance of the Dragonfly Café and last about an hour. Each walk is led by a trained leader. Walking regularly can help reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes and depression. Why not come and try it for yourself?
